In some patients, the cold surgery method, known as partial removal of the nasal flesh by cutting, can also be applied. Removal of the tissue related to electrocautery is also one of the methods that can be preferred in nasal concha reduction operations. Which method will be used in the operation is decided by considering the general health status of the patient and the growth rate and type of the concha.
